I am one of the Founders of the All In Pledge, working with a cross industry group of wonderful volunteers who believe that startups be a positive force for gh. Here’s more information on the project.

All In is a coordinated response by the UK startup & scaleup ecosystem to proactively drive diversity & inclusion in our businesses, creating a fairer world for all.

There are 2 components to it:

1. The commitment -- a series of actions that we carefully crafted after a year of consultation with founders, people/HR professionals and D&I experts.

2. The community -- a space to learn and support each other to make progress in these areas.

We are a team of people from communities such as ICE, COO Stories and Tech Nation, working alongside D&I experts from Fair HQ and Unleashed. We are now onboarding our Founding Pledgers. We have 50+ brilliant companies pledged, including Signal AI, Fiit, Mixcloud, Blok, La Fosse Associates, Learn Amp, FabricNano, Techspace, Bloom & Wild, Founders Factory and many more.
